Swedish Massage – Using massage gel or oil this modality will reduce muscular tension, increase mobility, appease the nervous system, regulate the digestive system, enhance the respiratory system, increase circulation to promote healing …

Clinical Swedish Massage – This technique is suitable for more specific problems such as bursitis, tendonitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains, and oedema.

Reflexology – The science of reflexology is based on the theory that the foot, hand and ear have reflex points that are connected to different glands, organs and body parts. Using my thumbs and/or fingers to work on the reflex zones it is possible to rebalance the energy in your body and help reduce stress, fatigue, hormonal problems, sinus infection and allergies.

Cranio-sacral Approach – Using a light touch on the head, neck and back, the cerebrospinal fluid is rebalanced to release blockages in the central nervous system. This technique is effective for health problems such as migraine headaches, chronic neck and back pain, autism, chronic fatigue, scoliosis, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, and for central nervous system disorders.

Chair massage at the work-place – Massage at the work-place is done on a portable chair that requires a small space and can be adapted to meet your work schedule. The treatments are given without oil and on clothing and last from 15 to 20 minutes. Research done at the Touch Research Institute of Miami University, Florida, has shown that worker concentration and productivity increased and absenteeism was reduced as a result of a Chair Massage program.

Massage for pregnant women – This massage is adapted for the mother-to-be and is given with the utmost care using pillows for comfort and in a lateral position for the most part. The sensation of wellness felt by the mother is then felt by the baby and can produce a great moment of relaxation. The massage can be given from the 2nd trimester until the end of pregnancy.

Gift certificates are available for all occasions.
Receipts for insurance are available.
